ArtImprintCo (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this e-commerce platform focused on high-quality physical wall art decor. Our catalog includes canvas prints, framed artwork, posters, and ready-to-hang pieces made for lasting style and easy installation. By visiting the Site, browsing products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms include our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and any other notices or disclosures posted on the Site.

These Terms create a binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and ArtImprintCo that applies to every visitor, browser, account holder, and buyer. If any part of these Terms does not match your understanding, you must stop using the Site immediately and avoid transactions. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms in full.

Our secure e-commerce system, supported by third-party technologies, handles order processing, payment, inventory tracking, production fulfillment, and shipment so your wall art orders are delivered reliably and on time.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

To use the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into enforceable contracts. If you act on behalf of a minor, business entity, organization, or third party, you confirm that you have the required authority.

As part of your agreement, you commit to:

6. Ordering, Billing, and Fulfillment

Processing usually begins 1–2 days after confirmation, and production plus transit takes 3–5 days, for a total of 4–7 business days.

We may refuse, partially fulfill through multiple shipments, or cancel orders due to insufficient stock, invalid addresses, fraud indicators, or other issues. You will be notified through the email or phone number you provide, and full refunds will be issued where applicable. By placing an order, you authorize charges to your payment method for the order total, failed payment retries, subscriptions if applicable, and incidental fees.

Shipping follows our free U.S. standard shipping policy. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs charges. Tracking is provided through the available links. Personalized or custom items cannot be canceled once production begins. Taxes are calculated automatically based on the shipping address.

Production variation is expected. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArtImprintCo, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, your content, or your dealings with third parties.

14. Severability and Survival

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining parts will continue in effect. Sections relating to indemnity, payments, and intellectual property survive termination.

15. Termination

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Casper, Wyoming, and arbitration through AAA is preferred.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our policies, represent the complete agreement between you and ArtImprintCo and replace any prior understanding or agreement.

18. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new date, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
